Charity Shop gift card FAQ

Can I buy a Charity Shop gift card online in the UK?

Yes. Choose Charity Shop on Post & Present, set your amount, personalise your gift, and complete checkout. The digital gift card is issued when payment succeeds.

How does the recipient redeem their Charity Shop gift card?

They open the Post & Present link you send. After redeeming, they receive their Charity Shop gift card to spend wherever Charity Shop accepts gift cards (online and/or in store, depending on the retailer).

What if you are not sure what they want?

Size, colour, and flavour are personal. A gift card leaves that choice open.
